Peach BBQ Chicken Thighs

This recipe is for grilled chicken thighs with a Peach BBQ Sauce based on a recipe from TastingTable.com.  The photo shows a half recipe (1 lb. of thighs)

1 Tbs. chili powder

1 Tbs. smoked paprika

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 Tbs. cooking oil

In a small bowl mix together the spices.  Put the chicken pieces in a gallon ziplock baggie.  Add in the mixed spices and massage the meat to ensure that all surfaces are covered.  Marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to 8 hours.

Heat the grill.  Add the oil to the baggie and coat the chicken.  Grill until almost done, and then brush with Peach BBQ Sauce on both sides, cooking 5 minutes on a side until the sauce starts to caramelize.
